"Radio Hanukkah" will air during the eight days of Hanukkah through 12 midnight ET on December 12, featuring a variety of Hanukkah and Jewish music, from Classical to Klezmer, with other content including interviews with Broadway stars, comedy specials, shows just for kids, and more. Special guest hosts and performers include Matisyahu, Neil Sedaka, Leonard Nimoy, Dr. Ruth Westheimer, The Klezmatics, Fyvush Finkel and many others.

This year "Radio Hanukkah" will feature nightly broadcasts of the traditional Hanukkah candlelight blessings which will air at the appropriate times in all four time zones. Other new programs this year will focus on the history of Jewish cinema, politics in Israel and a daily show featuring music from a number of notable Jewish artists recorded live from XM's studios.
