Jill Moskowitz, critically acclaimed singer/songwriter, song leader and cantorial soloist. For over 30 years, Jill touched the lives of thousands of young children and their families through her two popular recordings “Bo’ee Kallah: Shabbat Songs for Young Children” and “Miracles: Chanukah and Passover Songs for Kids”, and was fondly known around the Metropolitan Washington DC area as the “Shabbat Lady”. Voted best children’s performer by Moment Magazine in 2001, Jill served for many years as the Director of Music at Washington Hebrew Congregation Religious School and other area synagogues. Jill also worked as music director/songleader in Jewish camping at the JCC of Greater Washington, Bnai Brith Perlman Camp and the BBYO summer leadership programs. In 2003, Jill returned to Washington DC after 9 years of living in Modiin Israel.
